MOVP 0250 - Adventure Education LeadershipCredits: 3 In this course students will examine the psychological and social-psychological aspects of leading a group in and through adventure education activities. Students will learn about and develop skills related to: group dynamics, experiential learning, communication, leadership, power, controversy, team development, group, individual, and social diversity, as well as decision-making. In this course students will practice leading groups in adventure education activities in the natural environment. Prerequisites: MOVP 0117 . |
