LACS 0301 - Seminar in Latin American and Caribbean Studies

This course includes readings and discussions relating to: issues, figures, movements, and perspectives on Latin America in order to accompany independent research by the student. Topics which integrate various forms of study about Spanish, Portuguese, and French-speaking peoples of the hemisphere will be emphasized.

Prerequisites: Completion of introductory work in Latin American-related courses or equivalent. Or approval of instructor.
