CAIS 0212 - Visual Programming ConceptsCredits: 3 An introduction to object-oriented programming conventions and techniques within a windowed environment. Object-oriented programming applications utilizing graphical user interfaces will be developed via a state-of-the-art integrated development environment. Use and definition of controls, dialog boxes, menus, graphics, databases, events, pre-defined objects, and user-defined objects, are some of the topics covered. Extensive programming is required in this course. Prerequisites: Knowledge of a high-level programming language and familiarity with a windowed environment. |
