The third of a three-semester sequence of courses designed to develop practical piano skills for the career musician as a tool for teaching, studying and learning scores, music direction, songwriting, and composing; and as a prerequisite to the development of performance-level skills as a pianist. This course focuses upon late-intermediate skills in technique, sightreading, artistry/musicianship, improvisation, score reading, accompanying, and harmonization.
