This course integrates practical applications and theoretical insights while encouraging students to analyze, debate, and propose solutions to ethical dilemmas faced by businesses. Students will examine the complex interplay between ethical decision-making and sustainable business practices in the contemporary corporate landscape. Through case studies and business examples, students will study the impact of organizational decisions on various stakeholders such as employees, customers, shareholders, communities, and the environment.

Prerequisites: 9 credits within the Business Leadership Certificate
