MBA 0607 - Marketing Leadership

Students will explore issues related to marketing leadership in a digital age. They will examine how marketing managers make strategy decisions related to branding, product management, segmentation/targeting/positioning (STP), pricing, digital marketing, social media, and personal selling. Students will analyze marketing technology trends, best practices, and business process improvements that impact the bottom line. They will evaluate competitive approaches and global initiatives in the context of socially responsible marketing and ethics. Students will learn how to develop solutions to complex problems in the promotional category such as navigating a public relations crisis or managing a cross-functional sales and marketing team.  

Prerequisites: 3 credits from the Business Leadership Certificate.
