MUSC 0101 - Music as Social ExperienceCredits: 3 This course develops students' ability to critically analyze and reflect on the ways music shapes and is shaped by social structures, cultural identities, and historical contexts. Through themes such as Music and Ethnicity, Gender, Politics, and Spirituality, students will explore the ethical and conceptual dimensions of music-making across cultures.
