Students delve deep into the cracks of the global food system, examining the complex web of issues that have led to its current state of crisis. From corporate control and environmental havoc to worker exploitation and hunger, students will explore the systemic problems that have shattered the promise of a nourishing, sustainable, and equitable food supply. 

Prerequisites: FYJ 0101  or ENGL 0101 .
