ART 0528 - Concepts in Contemporary Sculpture

This course provides an advanced and intensive exploration of sculptural ideas and concepts.  Assignments are designed to define a personal three-dimensional visual language which includes the development of both abstract and figurative forms.  Regular and group critiques monitor the progress of projects.  There will be a written research project with an emphasis on contemporary sculpture.
