Offers an opportunity to experience the physiological benefits gained through swimming by means of both aerobic and anaerobic techniques. To achieve these benefits of swimming, the individual will learn about stroke mechanics, breathing patterns and establishing proper stroke rhythm. To acquire fitness through aerobic and anaerobic techniques, the individual will understand the concepts of distance and interval swimming.
