Topics of this course relate to the history of a specific time period or theme (political, social, cultural, ethnic, or religious history) in U.S. history. Please be aware that 0300-level Special Topics courses offered by the History department have a heavier reading load and require more independent work and writing than the 0200-level Special Topics courses. This course may be taken 3 times for History major credit, depending on topic variability.

Prerequisites: Minimum Sophomore standing required.
