MBA 0611 - Negotiation Strategies Credits: 1.5
Students will explore issues and strategies related to negotiation and dispute resolution. They will examine the various settings that require business negotiations ranging from human resources to supplier relationships to sales. Students will analyze the importance of preparation, problem identification, solution development, communication, and value articulation as they relate to negotiations. They will also evaluate cultural and ethical considerations and develop strategies that overcome negotiation obstacles.
