The problems and issues of strategic management cover the whole spectrum of business and management. Many variables and situational factors must be dealt with simultaneously to position the organization for competitive advantage and overall success. Successful strategic management requires the ability to determine which factors are relevant to the situation and how the factors add up using a holistic perspective. This course is designed as the capstone for the MBA Program.

Prerequisites: 18 MBA credits.
