LCHI 0102 - Chinese II

Credits: 3

The second course in the Chinese language sequence. Continued emphasis on aural/oral proficiency, along with the mastery of basic elements of grammar, sentence structure, and the most commonly used Chinese characters. This specific course provides an introduction to the culture of the Chinese-speaking world and attention to intercultural competence in communicative situations.

Prerequisites: LCHI 0101  or equivalent.
