FINC 0318 - Advanced Financial Management

This course reinforces and extends the concepts introduced in FINC 0207 - Financial Management. Topics include asset valuation, and a variety of issues facing corporate financial managers, such as the working capital management, capital budgeting and risk, capital structure decisions, pro-forma analysis, payout policy, short-term financial planning, real options, M&A and corporate governance. Casework and computer analyses are also used extensively.

Prerequisites: FINC 0207. Junior or Senior status is required.
