Middle and Secondary Education Minor

Students in a major that offers licensure may choose to convert their professional sequence courses into a 19-credit minor in Middle and Secondary Education and not complete practicum. Completing a minor in Middle and Secondary Education does not result in licensure. This is not a standalone minor. Please reach out to the Education Department to determine your eligibility for this minor.

or ENGL 0350 - Methods of Teaching English in the Secondary and/or Middle School  Credits: 3*

or GNSC 0371 - Methods of Science Education for the Middle School  Credits: 3*

or GNSC 0373 - Methods of Chemistry Education  Credits: 3*
